The Stress Solution
I have been either walking or biking every day since all of this Coronavirus has started. Because I have been doing daily aerobic activity I have been sleeping better, having better daily blood sugar results, and less anxiety
We all are going through daily MSDs (Micro-Stress-Doses) every minute of every day due to this virus. Human beings are not constructed to deal with MSDs in a pro-longed state. When that happens it can turn into chronic diseases like arthritis, cardiac disease, diabetes 2, depression, high blood pressure and other chroniuc conditions.
That being said there are things that you can do to minimize the effects of MSD's.
I have been reading the book, "The Stress Solution," by Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, and I am totally supportive of buying and reading this book, and I get no payback on this. It's a great book and I guarantee you would benefit from Dr. Chatterjee's sage advice.
In this book Dr. Chatterjee talks about a complete regime of things to do to lessen stress effects, live a more healthier life, and start a program of change to live longer. Those things that he delves into are:

I am going to continue to write about this book in the days to come, taking tips from it to give to you to persue further destressors for you during the months to come.
